Construction Senior Engineer

A Tier 1 construction company is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its expanding team in Dublin. Be part of a company that values technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Work on landmark projects that shape the future of Dublins built environment Enjoy a supportive team culture with strong career development pathways Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout all phases of construction Liaise daily with design teams, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth coordination Review and verify civil engineering designs, models, and drawings for accuracy and compliance Implement and monitor QA procedures, including concrete pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues Support the implementation of safe working practices and site safety standards Track and report on materials, plant, and logistics to ensure efficient site operations Maintain accurate records and produce regular progress reports Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor Strong background in civil engineering works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development Proficient in GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment Excellent IT skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills Whats on Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel allowance Relocation support (if applicable) Laptop and mobile phone Opportunity to work on flagship projects with a Tier 1 contractor A culture that supports professional development and continuous learning
