Dublin / Meath Required for, a leading residential developer with a proud track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes across Dublin and Meath, are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery on live projects in Malahide and Dunboyne. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a well-established developer and play a central role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities. Key Responsibilities Lead setting out for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage. Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades. Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Prepare site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Liaise with project management, design teams, and local authorities. Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years experience in residential construction, ideally with housing and RC frame. Strong technical expertise in setting out and construction sequencing. Proven leadership in supervising subcontractors and site teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office. Full clean driving licence.
