HR Manager - Permanent MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an exciting organisation based in County Antrim who are looking to add an HR Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity. The role : This is a varied and impactful role, offering the opportunity to shape the employee experience across the organisation covering multiple sites. The main responsibilities : Lead all People and Culture initiatives, including; recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development and compliance. Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and digitising processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee journey from hire to retire. Support managers to develop capability, embed accountability, and foster a culture where people can do their best work. Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative initiatives that attract, grow, and retain talent, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice. Manage people elements of business transformation projects, helping teams navigate change while preserving the organisation's core values. The ideal candidate : Experience at a similar level within an NI based organisation. CIPD level 5 minimum. Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulations in both Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering change.
