Responsibilities :

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer networks

Work with core Juniper platforms : MX, EX, and QFX

Troubleshoot network issues and escalate where required

Liaise directly with customers and occasionally travel to site (license required)

Gain exposure to project delivery as part of your career progression

Work full-time from the Dublin office in a collaborative, technical environment

Requirements :

JNCIA certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)

A valid driver's license for occasional customer site visits

Good understanding of Juniper routing and switching platforms

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
