• Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote desktop access
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and incidents in a timely manner
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
• Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing network security protocols
• Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems
