Medforce Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dedicated Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team in an acute setting based in Co.

Key Responsibilities of the Speech and Language Therapist : Provide a quality speech and language therapy service to adults with communication and swallowing difficulties in an acute and rehabilitation setting.

Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions for inpatients and outpatients.

Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Support service development and contribute to team initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements for the Speech and Language Therapist : Hold a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.

Registered (or eligible to register) with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist.

Certification and competence in the assessment and management of dysphagia (feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing disorders).

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
