What youll bring Active NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse At least 6 years experience working in a nursing home, including 2+ years in management A recognised certificate in leadership or management Strong communication, organisational, and mentoring skills Eligibility to work in Ireland A genuine passion for promoting excellence in care and professional growth among your team What youll be doing Oversee and maintain the highest standards of nursing and social care, tailored to individual needs Manage care plans, assessments, and clinical standards with attention to detail and quality outcomes Supervise medication management, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with best practices Mentor and support CNMs, nurses, and care assistants through training and ongoing development Perform regular audits to maintain safety, hygiene, and clinical excellence Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver a truly resident-first approach Ready to Make a Difference?
