Waterford, to recruit a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to combine clinical expertise with strong leadership skills in a supportive environment where residents well-being always comes first.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will : Support the smooth running of day-to-day clinical care Lead, guide, and inspire nursing and care staff Ensure best practice and compliance with HIQA standards Help foster a positive, resident-focused culture throughout the home What Were Looking For : Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration Previous leadership / management experience within healthcare or eldercare Solid understanding of HIQA standards and regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A caring and empathetic approach to person-centred care Commitment to developing yourself and supporting others to grow Why Join This Team?
