This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to work on a large-scale housing project with a contractor renowned for delivering quality residential and mixed-use schemes across Ireland.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Irish contractor with decades of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities : Set out works and provide accurate engineering support across all stages of the build.

Check drawings and quantities and ensure accuracy on site.

Supervise and monitor subcontractors work, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Liaise with project management, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Maintain records, progress reports, and quality checks.

Ensure works are carried out in line with health & safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements : Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

Minimum 23 years experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor or developer.

Strong setting out and technical skills, with proficiency in instruments and CAD software.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Eligible to work in Ireland and hold a full, clean drivers licence.
