Sales Representative (FMCG) / Leinster Our client is a very successful established FMCG company seeking a Sales Representative to join and support their sales team. Build relationships and driving sales. Salary : €35K - €38K base all depending on experience plus fantastic bonus, plus benefits and company car. The role : Drive business across Retail multiple and independent stores, key accounts wholesale Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and shopper requirements. Work closely with retail, independent and wholesale outlets in your territory introducing new products. Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within defined area. Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to your customers. Maximise trade incentives and activities. Identify new business opportunities by having a great understanding of the category and shopper behaviour in-store. Flexible to cover other territories if required. The Candidate : Strong FMCG sales experience essential. Work well within a team with drive and motivation. Strong organisational skills and excellent at own journey plan. Have strong communication and people skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly. Excellent IT skills.
