Business Analyst

Job Description : Our client in the professional services sector is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering strategic projects.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid model (3 days on site, 2 days from home).

Job Responsibilities : Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Produce functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.

Support project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and UAT.

Experience Required : Minimum of 35 years experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills : Financial services or technology project experience.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.

Knowledge of process modelling and data analysis.

Educational Requirements : Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
