Strong skills in Health & Safety Management in UK & Ireland are highly desirable. Experience in the development and implementation of ISO systems & 45001) Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout UK & Europe. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Duties : Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence. Supervise and manage junior advisors Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to specific environments and operations. Prepare detailed reports on safety findings, including recommendations for improvements and compliance status. Provide training sessions on safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols to employees at all levels.
