SHE Specialist - FTC - Now Hiring!

About this Position

This is a hands-on SHE Specialist role focused on driving safety, health, and environmental standards across our operations, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, contractor management, and continuous improvement in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

What you´ll do

• Support the implementation and upkeep of EHS management systems, including maintaining records and documentation in line with recognized standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
• Assist with coordinating construction project documentation, permits, and contractor management processes.
• Prepare and maintain records of task, equipment, chemical, and machinery risk assessments.
• Provide administrative support for the industrial hygiene programme, including scheduling monitoring and keeping logs updated.
• Support the EH&S team with documentation and communication for management of change and chemical-related projects.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for EH&S training programmes and keep attendance / training records up to date.
• Draft, format, and update EH&S procedures and ensure controlled versions are distributed and archived correctly.
• Assist in logging and tracking incident / accident investigations, including maintaining records of root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support for SHE projects and initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
