Financial Search & Selection, FK International, Dublin Global Head of Finance Position Description Excellent opportunity to join the finance function of a fast-growing VC-Backed Cleantech company with HQ in Ireland and operations in Ireland and overseas.Reporting to the COO, role will involve :

Supporting the SMT (CFO, CEO and COO) to further drive the rapid growth of the business, providing high quality commercial decision support Monthly Reporting - overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts KPI reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership – managing and further developing the finance function (Small team of Qualified Accountants and Transaction processing) Treasury - Cashflow management and managing banking relationships Internal Controls – ensuring robust internal controls in place Tax – lead group tax planning and structuring initiatives Audit Process - Management of the annual audit process Supporting expansion into new international markets Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background :

Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years' PQE and Big 4 training background Strong technical accounting skills – IFRS, consolidated accounts and Tax Strong academic track record Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Energy, Technology or Cleantech preferable About our Client Our client is a fast-growing, VC backed company within the energy sector.
