Legal counsel

Location : Dublin (Hybrid) Salary : €110,000 €130,000 + Bonus & Benefits Type : Full-time, Permanent A leading international insurance group is expanding its legal function in Ireland and is seeking experienced legal professionals to join its newly established team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, these roles offer a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic build-out in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities : Provide legal support across a range of corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.

Advise on insurance and reinsurance transactions, compliance, and governance.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Support the Head of Legal in shaping the legal framework and risk management strategy.

Ideal Candidate : Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in insurance, financial services, or regulatory law.

Strong understanding of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.

Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in a multinational or cross-border legal environment is advantageous.
