The Role

Provide full legal executive support to solicitors in the Commercial Litigation team

Draft and prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Manage case files, discovery, and court filings

Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties

Assist fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration

The Person

Experience as a Legal Executive in commercial litigation is essential

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships

Please note : this role is not suitable for candidates currently completing FE1s
