My client, an established and award-winning 4-star hotel and conference venue, is currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join their team based in North, Co. Dublin Position Overview As an Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure consistent food production across multiple outlets while maintaining a positive and efficient working environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the flexibility of a 4-day work week, competitive hourly pay ranging from €17.00 to €19.00 per hour (DOE), and genuine opportunities for professional growth within a respected hospitality group. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen. Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for quality food and consistent presentation. Strong communication and time management skills. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with hotel expectations. Support the kitchen team across various sections as required. Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the agreed specifications. Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations. Demonstrate initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Contribute to menu planning and development when required.
