Employee assistance programme. About you : A minimum of 2 years' Supervisory / Management experience ideally in a food environment. Proven track record of consistently delivering results. Demonstrating and leading the team to deliver high levels of customer service. Strives to achieve and surpass goals and expectations with a high sense of urgency. Takes ownership for personal success. Demonstrates a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility. IT literate. Strong leadership skills.
