The team and the opportunity

We are looking for Oracle Fusion Consultants with a strong background in either ERP, EPM, or HCM to support our managed service engagements and implementation projects.

The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, a proven track record in relevant projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Your key responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion applications across either ERP, EPM, or HCM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and / or provide ongoing support and maintenance for managed service engagements, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.

Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to facilitate successful implementation and user adoption.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Stay informed about the latest Oracle Fusion features and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Skills and attributes for success

Third level qualification in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or relevant experience related to the position.

2+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications in either ERP, EPM, or HCM.

Previous consulting experience for internal or external clients

Proven experience in managed service engagements or implementation projects.

Strong understanding of business processes related to either ERP, EPM, or HCM.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
