Overview

Head of Quality – Ireland & UK.

Location : Dublin HQ.

Salary :

Up to €120,000 + executive package.

A senior leadership role heading up Quality across UK & Ireland operations.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's Quality strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and embedding a culture of excellence across all projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of the Quality Management System (QMS) across UK & Ireland.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, UK & Irish building regulations, and client requirements.

Oversee audits, inspections, testing, and non-conformance processes.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive best practice across project teams.

Provide training, coaching, and leadership to staff and subcontractors.

Act as the senior point of contact for all quality matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Regular reporting to senior leadership on quality performance and initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years' experience in Quality / QA leadership within construction.

Strong knowledge of UK & Irish building regulations and ISO 9001 standards.

Proven track record of developing and implementing Quality strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to drive solutions and improvements.

Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland.
