Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Rate : €500-550 per / day, depending on experience Location : Dublin, County Dublin Type : 12 Months rolling contract Start : ASAP Hybrid We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce and related business applications. The role involves collaborating with CRM leads, SMEs and stakeholders to deliver key initiatives. The successful candidate will be integral to systems design, analysis, development and testing. Key Responsibilities : Partner with teams and stakeholders to define objectives and deliver solutions. Design simple, effective system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain expertise in relevant Salesforce Modules. Document business processes and data flows. Automate workflows to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency. Requirements : 3rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant Salesforce certifications. Robust understanding of Salesforce as well as its components (Apex, Visual Force, Trigger) 5 Years experience in a similar role. Expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community). Understanding of Enterprise integrations. Strong leadership, teamwork, written communication and analytical skills.
