Salesforce solution architect

The role involves designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, and providing technical guidance across projects.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with senior stakeholders and support the wider architecture team.

Key Responsibilities include : Lead Salesforce design activities, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices.

Communicate solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance during solution development and integration.

Monitor emerging technologies and advise on potential business benefits.

Support knowledge management, documentation, and change management activities.

Requirements include : Salesforce Certified, with strong expertise in Salesforce solution design, data models, and integration.

Experience with cloud solutions (AWS preferred).

Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Background in healthcare or insurance technology is highly desirable.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
