We are hiring Acute Oncology RANP / CANP / CNS into a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients with cancer-related emergencies promptly and competently.
- Manage acute oncological diseases by putting suitable and timely therapies into practice.
- Handling Oncological Emergencies in a Day (or on initial evaluation)
- Take care of side effects like tumor lysis syndrome, hypercalcemia, spinal cord compression, and neutropenic sepsis.
- Make sure you receive treatment as soon as possible to avoid morbidity and death.
- Assist primary care physicians, oncology specialists, and other medical professionals in coordinating.
- Assure smooth transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and community services, among other levels of care.
- To guarantee compliance with clinical recommendations and best practices, track and assess the caliber of treatment given.
- Take part in ongoing quality improvement projects to improve service effectiveness and patient outcomes.
Requirements
Be listed on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Register's Advanced Nurse Practitioner division, or as a CNS, be open to becoming an ANP.Be listed in the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Register's Nurse Prescribers section.Possess a Master of Science degree related to the clinical specialty at CNS Grade (National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 9 major academic award or equivalent).Have the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out the duties of the position, including a high degree of appropriateness and clinical, professional, and administrative aptitude.Possess a minimum of five years of full-time experience or a total of five years of full-time experience, indicating substantial clinical expertise. experience following registrationHave worked in the specialized field for at least two years.Possess the capacity to practice safely and successfully while carrying out their professional duties within their area of expertise.Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.Benefits
