Overview
Due to continued expansion of eir evo we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer that will work closely with our Managed Services Team , working on a dedicated team, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will work on and receive exposure to different technologies, Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, as well as the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
The Role would involve :
- On site resourcing cover – operating within a customer’s environment and under their governance.
- Provision accounts and equipment
- Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O
- Maintain and build the current documentation in place.
- Interacting with and managing 3rd parties
- Application troubleshooting and support.
- Imaging and Deployment
- Manage File Permissions and Access Rights
- Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices
- Hardware Fault Investigation and Diagnosis
- Resolution and Recovery, Reducing impact where possible.
- Work with other ICT teams or 3rd parties where required.
- Create and maintain Documentation of Customer’s Environment
- Assist in the transition of new customers.

3-5 Years working in an IT Support EnvironmentExtensive Windows Desktop skills and Strong knowledge of Active DirectoryExcellent Interpersonal and Communication skillsIndustry AccreditationNetworking technologies, Firewall and Switching principles.Microsoft Exchange Administration and Support
