Preferred qualifications :
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Sub-Saharan Africa, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans.
Pitch and consult with customers on digital marketing strategies and budgets.
Drive customer growth by providing outstanding sales experiences and meeting business and marketing objectives.
Manage stakeholders and build relationships with customers and agencies.
