Were looking for a Project Managerto lead thepre-construction phase, driving proposal, bid, design coordination, procurement strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Your work will ensure the project is fully prepared for safe, on-time, and high-quality construction.

Key Responsibilities ?

Leadpre-construction and tender activities, including design reviews and constructability planning ?

Developprocurement strategiesand engage early with subcontractors and suppliers ?

Managepre-construction schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts ?

Identify risks and implementmitigation plansthrough value engineering ?

Coordinate withclient, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities ?

Support governance, reporting, and HSEQ planningahead of construction Skills & Experience ??

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline ??

Proven experience inpre-construction or tender managementon large infrastructure or rail projects ??

Strong leadership andteam coordination skills ??

Knowledge of Irish, UK or International infrastructure standards and statutory requirements is advantageous ??
