Project Manager (Construction) - The Recruitment Company

We’re working with a leading global financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their Dublin-based team on a 12-month daily rate contract.

In this role, you'll bring strong Scrum expertise combined with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivery excellence. You will manage the backlog, remove obstacles, and facilitate agile ceremonies to drive the team toward high-quality outcomes. The role involves coordinating release management, participating in scaling activities, and managing interdependencies across squads and product areas. You will leverage performance metrics to monitor progress and uncover opportunities for the squad to maximize their potential. Success requires aligning multiple system teams to deliver integrated, seamless solutions that enhance the customer experience.

The Role :

• Champion Agile principles and best practices across multiple squads
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Coach and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, workflows, and team dynamics
• Remove delivery blockers and embed a culture of accountability and value-led delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally

About You :

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach and / or Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
• Comfortable coaching across varying agile maturity levels
• Confident facilitating agile delivery in hybrid and globally distributed teams
• Scrum / SAFe / Agile certifications desirable
