Production Shift Manager - Manufacturing Location : Longford | Full-Time | Rotating Shifts An excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a leading building material manufacturing company with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Longford.

This role offers the chance to manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring targets are achieved while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Role The successful Production Shift Manager will work on a rotating shift of mornings and evenings, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for the following : Manage day-to-day shift operations, meeting production, quality, and safety goals Lead and motivate production teams, ensuring adequate staffing and training Oversee compliance with H&S, quality, and operational standards Implement lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement Ensure effective handovers and smooth communication between shifts Monitor costs, resources, and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime The Person We are looking to speak to candidates with prior experience working as production manager, production supervisor, or shift manager roles in the manufacturing space.
