Dental receptionist

Dental Receptionist Limerick Our client is based in Limerick city, are looking to hire an experienced Dental receptionist to join their team on a contract basis.

The Role : As a Dental Receptionist you will have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and possess awareness and sensitivity towards patient requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years plus experience working in a similar role, within a dentalpractice or Hospital fast-paced environment, and is looking for an opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.

Responsibilities to include : Greet patients warmly and guide them through the check-in process.

Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.

Address patient concerns and provide information about the dental practice.

Manage the appointment calendar and assist with scheduling for dentists Maintain patient databases and electronic health records.

Manage office supplies, including tracking inventory and placing orders.

Collect patient payments and coordinate financial arrangements.

Prepare patient bills and assist with financial arrangements.

Your Skills / Experience that we need : Must have 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role within a dental practice or adental hospital setting.

Must have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and possess awareness and sensitivity towards patient requirements.

Strong IT and Data Processing skills with excellent typing skills are essential.

Polite and clear telephone manner.

The Offer : This position is a contract role paying €17.00 per hour working Monday to Friday.
