Responsibilities :

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop tailored business proposals, conduct product demonstrations (online and on-site), and respond to RFIs and RFPs.

Present pricing strategies and negotiate contracts effectively.

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth within the Clinical Operations environment.

Establish a strong presence in assigned territories.

Work closely with internal teams, including the Go-to-Market and SDR teams, to execute growth strategies.

Analyze client challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance product and service delivery.

Monitor performance metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements :

Experience within the clinical research and life sciences industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

Established networks and relationships in the Clinical Operations sector.

Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development activities.

Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to executives and stakeholders.

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high energy and drive to succeed.

Deep understanding of the Life Sciences market and customer needs, offering innovative and tailored solutions.
