Identity Governance Tech Lead

My client is looking for an Identity Governance lead with a minimum of 5 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork.

This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of identity operations engineers, fostering growth and innovation Manage the day-to-day operations of identity governance systems, including Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and Sail Point IIQ Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally Respond to and resolve escalations, incidents, and change requests promptly Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align priorities and resources Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and best practices Support audit, compliance, and risk management efforts related to identity services Skills & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years' experience in Identity and Access Management, including hands-on work with provisioning, governance, and access control Deep expertise with IAM tools such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and Sail Point IIQ Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and cloud security best practices Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus Comfortable working in a global, distributed team environment For more information reach out today!
