Whites of Wexford are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to oversee the effective management of room revenue through strategic pricing, yield management, and optimal distribution practices.
The successful candidate will lead the Reservations Office, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Group Revenue team to maximise occupancy, average daily rate, and market share while ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Office, supporting and guiding the Reservations team.
- Work closely with reception team to ensure all revenue management processes are implemented effectively and that every revenue opportunity is maximised across all guest touchpoints.
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing and yield strategies to optimise room revenue in line with seasonal demand and market conditions.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking to monitor market positioning and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead the hotels weekly Revenue Strategy meetings, presenting performance insights and recommending actions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the reactive Sales Office to effectively yield group and corporate business opportunities.
- Produce accurate and timely management reports on revenue performance, forecasting, and budget achievement.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and support the development of pricing and business plans.
- Ensure effective inventory and rate distribution across all channels, including direct, OTA, and third-party partners.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing and Group Revenue Manager to strengthen client and partner relationships.
- Drive upselling initiatives and ensure cross-selling of all Neville Hotel properties.
- Keep all departments informed of promotions, rate changes, and special activities impacting the hotels revenue performance.
