Role Overview The General Manager will oversee the full hotel operation, leading the management team to deliver an exceptional guest journey while ensuring operational efficiency and profitable performance. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments. Champion high service standards and foster a guest-centric culture. Drive commercial performance through effective budget management, cost control, and revenue initiatives. Support marketing and business-development activities to grow market share. Ideal Candidate Degree or qualification in hospitality or business management (desired). 5+ years' progressive hotel management experience, including senior leadership level. Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and financial results. Inspirational leader with the ability to engage and motivate teams. Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in budgeting and revenue optimisation. Highly effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
