Key Responsibilities : Drive the execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with the firms Ireland growth strategy Lead pitch and proposal development, ensuring high-impact submissions Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives Manage internal and external communications, with a strong focus on digital and content strategy Build sector-specific client engagement strategies in collaboration with international teams Oversee directory submissions and CRM best practices Collaborate across global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure alignment Requirements : Proven experience (5+ years) in a business development or marketing role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment Demontrable people management experience Strong writing, communication and project management skills A proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented mindset Experience managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality output under pressure Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and content development If you are interested in this role, please apply to ine at Lex Consultancy.
