Document Controller (Construction)

Document Controller with 3+ Years of Experience Needed for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in West Dublin Role : Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable. Ensure compliance with BCAR. Coordinate the flow of documents between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to regulatory bodies. Regularly review and update document control procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. Support project teams with administrative tasks related to document control. Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Document Controller or BCAR Coordinator with a Main Contractor. Proven experience with BCAR documentation. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
