As a growing member firm we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our EY Ireland communications team and execute our communications strategy.

Position Overview :

The Senior Communications Manager will be responsible for the operational leadership of the EY Ireland communications team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate communications internal communications and media relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker an innovative leader and a trusted advisor to senior leadership reporting directly to the Director of Communications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership :

Lead the execution of internal and external communications initiatives.

Oversee execution of communications with regard to key strategic programmes in areas such as talent real estate client experience go to market etc.

Manage the content pipeline ensuring consistency and quality across all communications outputs.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented.

Provide line management and mentorship to the communications team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.

Support the Director of Communications in crisis management and reputational risk oversight.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
