Pharmacy Manager - The Meath PCC, Dublin 8

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team in The Meath PCC, Dublin 8. This is a Mon-Fri role, no weekends, late nights or Bank Holidays. This is a permanent, full time contract.

What You'll Be Doing :

Drive Commercial Success :  Take ownership of sales performance, manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.

Market Intelligence & Growth :  Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Lead the Way :  Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across the pharmacy.

Be There for Customers :  Champion a high standard of customer care by actively engaging with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.

Create a Brilliant Team Culture :  Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration within the team, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a shared sense of purpose.

HR Compliance & People Practices :  Stay fully informed of company HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair application within the team.

Essential Criteria :

Minimum of 12 months management experience
