Senior Engineer – Facilities & Soft Services

The role is part of the Engineering Department working with various Site Stakeholders and Service Providers.

Responsibilities will be split 50 / 50 between Facilities and Soft Services.

The Engineer will have responsibilities including those listed below :

• Manage GxP and non-GxP related Service Provider contracts supporting Site Operations.
• Through Service Providers always maintain the facility in a GMP state and audit ready.
• Safety, Quality and non-Quality related investigations associated with service delivery from Service Providers.
• Provide Facilities technical support and oversight to the site projects team
• Budget management and optimisation of services delivered

Contracts in scope include :

Facility management, maintenance and repair across all three Ireland sites, including but not limited to Soft and / or Hard Services such as :

o Automatic doors, CCTV and Access Control

o New Construction Projects & Renovation or Upgrading of Existing Buildings

o Warehousing and Commercial Office Buildings

o Gas Boilers & Utilities

o HVAC

In addition, key responsibilities will include :

Requirements :

The successful candidate must possess

Ability to understand, implement, and monitor regulatory and safety guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry (100% match)

Other requirements :

o Must have experience managing senior stakeholders and coordinating delivery via service providers

o Demonstrated communication, administrative and leadership skills with ability to work well with other departments, and effectively and efficiently lead in a team environment.
