Service Engineer

What you will do

Provide installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment.

Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant.

Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize system performance.

Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and remotely.

Liaise with customers to establish and maintain positive relationships and follow up on concerns and problems.

Conduct production supervision and training of customer personnel on processing equipment.

Work within safe systems of work, maintaining health & safety awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

Technical educational background with at least 3 years of relevant Tetra Pak technical experience.

Mechanical maintenance experience on processing or liquid food equipment is essential.

Knowledge of separators, homogenizers, valves, and pumps is required.

Experience in the food industry and / or cheese production is beneficial.

Physically fit to perform tasks including bending, kneeling, lying down, and carrying items.

Proficient in English (written and oral) and MS Office skills.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively, including on-call work during nights and weekends.
