OC Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading healthcare provider in South Dublin to recruit an Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a pivotal role supporting the delivery of outstanding care and services in a highly respected organisation.

About the role : As Operations Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and oversight across key functions, including administration, catering, household, maintenance, finance, and HR.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with best practice, and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

You will : Lead and manage support services to the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

Oversee finance, HR processes, facilities, and risk management systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice in healthcare operations.

Build strong working relationships across teams, external agencies, and governing bodies.

Act as a key member of the management team, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What's Required : A third-level qualification (NFQ Level 8) in management, healthcare, or a related discipline.

Significant experience in operations or business administration, ideally within a healthcare setting.

Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

A track record of managing change, motivating teams, and delivering results.

What's on offer : Competitive salary (Grade 7 scale).

37-hour working week (Mon-Fri).

30 days annual leave plus public holidays.
