Rooms Operations Managerfor multi-site accommodation A leading accommodation provider in Dublin is seeking an experienced Rooms Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, senior role suited to a proactive leader with a background in hospitality / facilities / accommodation providers.

Youll support the General Manager in delivering excellent service standards while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient, compliant and guest-focused operations.

Key Responsibilities : Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations across several accommodation sites Support reception, housekeeping, and maintenance supervisors Ensure alignment of processes and service standards Adjust staffing levels and scheduling to meet seasonal demand Conduct regular site and room inspections Guest Experience & Service Delivery : Champion high service standards for all guests and residents Manage escalated guest issues, feedback, and incidents Maintain accurate daily logs and reporting to senior management Process, Systems & Compliance : Drive process improvements and SOP development Ensure compliance with H&S, GDPR, and internal policies Oversee facilities and maintenance issue resolution People Management : Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of staff Manage rotas, attendance, and performance tracking Support team leads with ongoing coaching and development Communication & Coordination : Lead staff briefings and contribute to senior meetings Liaise with internal departments and external partners for seamless service Foster a positive, collaborative team culture Safety & Security : Promote strong safety and emergency protocols Monitor access, security, and cash handling procedures Address and report hazards or incidents as required About You : 5+ years' experience in hospitality, accommodation or facilities operations Proven leadership in a multi-site or complex environment Strong organisational and communication skills Financial awareness and operational problem-solving mindset Flexible, solutions-focused and guest-oriented Familiarity with accommodation systems Flexibility to work evenings / weekends Ready to take the next step in your operations career?
