Graduate Building Services Engineer | Dublin Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Irish Contractor to appoint a Graduate Building Services Engineer The Project You will work on multiple Dublin Residential sites, working on the construction of a large housing and apartment development scheme to completion. You'll work with a strong Building Services team on a section of the developments until it is ready to handover, then moving on to another section of the development Your new role as Graduate Building Services Engineer Management of works quality as regards all things M&E Coordinate M&E systems, liaise with design teams and M&E subcontractors Work closely with utility providers to ensure MEP services are delivered on time Maintain records and documentation. What you'll need to be a successful Graduate Building Services Engineer Level 8 qualification in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering field Residential experience is a strong benefit (such as a placement year) Additional certifications in Construction, such as Health & Safety, are beneficial Desire & strong motivation to start your career in Construction Right to work in Ireland Full Driver's Licence What's in it for you? 10% bonus.
