The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, assisting in all aspects of precast concrete design, production, and quality control.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the precast industry.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the design and detailing of precast concrete elements using relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit).
• Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist in site visits and inspections as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
