An opportunity is available for a

Site

Manager

to join the

Building

Division

of one of

Canada's

largest

main

contractors

, with an annual turnover of approximately $3 billion.

This role will focus on

high-rise

commercial

healthcare

, and

educational

projects

within the Ontario division.

We will only consider candidates that have Managed projects

valued at €60 MILLION or greater.

Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Management :

Develop project schedules, evaluate requirements, review contracts, and select subcontractors.

Construction Management :

Oversee daily operations, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, manage site logistics, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Post-Construction Management :

Manage warranty work, close accounts, address deficiencies, and oversee site demobilization.

Employee and Talent Management :

Supervise and mentor direct reports, align HR strategies with business goals, and conduct performance evaluations.

Opportunity Management :

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Requirements

Degree or Trade Qualification

Site Managed Building Projects valued €60 MILLION or greater.

10+ years of experience in Construction or Site Management for a main contractor in Ireland or the UK

Proven experience with large-scale building projects

Strong knowledge of contract administration, architectural and engineering standards, building codes, and construction practices

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Plan Grid

Willingness to relocate to Canada within 6 months

Benefits

Competitive salary $175k -$220k -circa

€120k – €150k
