Site Manager Residential Construction Location : Dublin City Project Type : Residential Development Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Salary : €75-85k + Vehicle + Benefits About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile residential construction project in Dublin City. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing on-site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to final handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and enforce best practices across the site Monitor project timelines and resources to keep the project on track Maintain site documentation, including progress reports, H&S records, and quality control logs Attend and lead site meetings as required Requirements 5+ years experience as a Site Manager, preferably on residential projects Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects Strong understanding of current building regulations and health & safety legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant certifications Desirable Experience managing construction sites in urban environments Familiarity with BCAR, CIF regulations, and digital site management tools What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Opportunities for career progression and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment CSRTK
