Assistant Bar Manager

Sky Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at a luxury hotel in Co.

Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver the highest standards of guest care at all times.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Main Bar and Function Bars.

Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards.

Manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.

Adhere to strict opening and closing procedures.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all bars and service areas.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to consistently achieve service excellence.

Support rostering, scheduling, and break management.

Requirements : 12 years of management or supervisory experience in bar or hospitality operations.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Experience in cocktail making and training staff.

Ability to provide ongoing training to new and existing team members.

Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively.

In-depth knowledge of beverages and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
