Description
Dye & Durham Ireland, is the Irish market leader in legal practise management software.
We are seeking a
dynamic and engaging Trainer
to deliver effective training on our
Keyhouse Case Management System & Searches Integration
, supporting law firms in their digital transformation journey.
This role combines
remote and on-site delivery
, helping legal teams integrate our software seamlessly into their practice.
Post-training, you will also provide
hand-holding support
to ensure users are confident and achieving success with the system.
In addition, you will maintain and enhance training resources, deliver valuable feedback from client sessions, and continuously develop your technical expertise to support Keyhouse's evolving functionality.
You will be joining the Project Team based in Ormond Quay Dublin.
It is important with this role that clients enjoy excellent service, with their needs met in a professional & personable way.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Delivery :
Deliver
remote and in-person training sessions
to law firm staff, from beginners to advanced users.
Provide
follow-up hand-holding days
to ensure client teams are confident and productive with the Keyhouse system.
Tailor training sessions to meet the specific workflows and precedent requirements of each law firm.
Documentation & Content :
Maintain and update
Keyhouse training manuals, quick-start guides, and online documentation
Create and narrate
video tutorials
and e-learning materials to supplement live training.
Customer Success & Feedback :
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering
patient and client-focused support
during and after training.
Collect client feedback and deliver actionable
insights and recommendations
to internal teams for product and training improvements.
Technical & Process Skills :
Gain expertise in
Keyhouse precedent coding, workflow creation, and advanced system configuration
Use
MS Office Suite
to produce professional presentations, training content, and reports.
Other Responsibilities :
Travel to client offices across Ireland – a
full driving licence and own car are required
Stay informed of
Keyhouse product updates
and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge training.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential :
Proven experience delivering
software or ICT system training
, ideally in professional services or legal environments.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong
documentation and content creation skills
Proficiency in
MS Office applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Valid Irish
driving licence and access to a car
Willingness to
learn and master new technical skills
, particularly Keyhouse-specific tools like precedent coding and workflow automation.
Desirable :
Previous experience with
Case Management Systems
or similar legal ICT platforms.
Any training or Professional Qualifications for example
Bachelors Degree in Education and Training Development
Certified Trainer (e.g.,
Train the Trainer
QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation
CIPD Learning and Development Certificate
Skills in
creating and editing training videos
(e.g., using Camtasia, Loom, or Captivate).
Understanding of
legal practice management workflows
and law firm operations.
Personal Attributes
Professional, approachable, and adaptable in varied client environments.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical thinker capable of delivering actionable
feedback and insights
to improve client success and training programs.
