IT Service Design Introduction Manager (Contract) Are you ready to take your IT Service Design expertise to the next level? Our client, a leader in the Finance Specialist Markets, is seeking a dynamic IT Service Design Introduction Manager to join their team on a temporary basis! If you're passionate about creating seamless service transitions and ensuring operational excellence, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : - Support the creation and execution of Service Design Packages (SDPs) for new or changed services. Validate all service components pre go-live, including SLAs, OLAs, and monitoring processes. - Ensure service readiness for various projects while maintaining traceability to regulatory and audit requirements. - Contribute to documenting and rolling out the Service Design & Introduction process, helping to standardise templates and workflows. - Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to support service readiness and participate in governance forums. - Coordinate support documentation development and ensure effective monitoring and reporting align with organisational expectations. What You Bring : - Proven experience in IT Service Design and Transition within financial services. - Familiarity with ITIL v4 and service management tools like ServiceNow. - Strong documentation and process design skills, coupled with effective communication abilities. - Preferred qualifications include ITIL v4 certification, project management certification, and proficiency in Visio & SharePoint.
