Due to a series of internal promotions, we are now hiring for a dedicated Director of Rooms to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

As Director of Rooms, you will lead and inspire the Rooms Division : encompassing Front of House, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa, Boutique, and Team Accommodation, to deliver seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager , you will shape strategy, elevate standards, and champion a culture of excellence across every touchpoint of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of all Rooms Division departments in alignment with Adare Manor's luxury brand standards, Forbes, and LHW requirements.
• Drive service excellence through continuous quality improvement, guest feedback analysis, and hands-on leadership.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and KPIs, optimising performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Facilities to ensure all rooms, guest areas, and team accommodations are maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee the Boutique, both onsite and online, to maximise retail opportunities and enhance the guest experience.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of care, respect, and professional growth.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders on recruitment, training, and career development, ensuring every team member reaches their potential.
• Lead by example, embodying Adare Manor's values and ensuring the delivery of warm, intuitive, and professional guest service at every level.
