Commercial Manager Leading Utilities Contractor Location : Co. Dublin Salary : € (DoE) Were working with Irelands leading utilities contractor, who are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced Commercial Manager based in their Galway office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation delivering high-profile utilities projects across Ireland. Key Responsibilities : Lead the commercial function for large-scale utilities projects, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage contracts, commercial risks, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on commercial matters. Prepare and present financial and commercial reports to senior management, providing insight into project performance and profitability. Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, implementing best practice across projects. Mentor and develop junior commercial staff, building a high-performing and cohesive team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards in all commercial operations. Support strategic decision-making by providing robust commercial advice across the business. What were looking for : Proven experience in a commercial management role within the utilities sector. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and risk management in large-scale projects. NEC 4 Option C is essential Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
